Fender TL62B Custom Telecaster 2017 (MIJ)

2017 Fender TL62B Custom Telecaster - made in Japan (Dyna Gakki in Nagano) - '62 vintage reissue in exceptional condition and in perfect working order. This "Made in Japan" Telecaster is a rare model, meant only for the Japanese domestic marketm and features a three tone sunburst finish with slightly aged white binding on the top and back of the instrument for a classic Fender look. Officialy model TL62B, this guitar is near mint and has barely a scratch on it! The stock single coil pickups deliver plenty of top end cut and chime, with focused low end and plenty of roundness from the neck pickup is particular. The guitar weighs 3,5 kg and has a crisp acoustic tone that translates well through the pickups. Professionasly setup - this Tele is strung with 10-46 strings and has low, slinky action.

It’s an MIJ JD-Serial from 2017 with a lightweight alder (or basswood) body, three tone sunburst, 3-ply pickguard, full white body binding & 3 spiral saddles. Great looking and feeling dark & dense slab rosewood fingerboard with 7.25 radius. Structurally and electrically sound. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. No issues at all. The one-piece maple neck profile has a quintessential medium C shape, with fairly slender shoulders and a very manageable and fast feel. The slab rosewood fretboard boasts Fender's traditional 7 1/4" fretboard radius, with a 1 5/8" nut and vintage style fretwire that is virtually unplayed. The guitar has a responsive truss rod and frets retain their full, original height, playing cleanly in all registers. On the headstock, the Kluson-style Gotoh tuning machines turn smoothly and hold pitch well. All of the stock electronics work as they should, and the chrome hardware shines like new. The "Pat. Pending" bridge plate and finely grooved metal saddles are consistent with 1962 Fender specs too. Cosmetically, this guitar is showroom clean. A tele made only for the Japanese domestic market and crafted to Fender's uncompromising standards for tone and feel.
